Having spoken with the set designers I am very confident that our project will go ahead without many issues. The set is simple for them, with our only issue being the dry ice. Dry ice is fairly expensive and in a room as hot as the studio, we don't want our budget melting away.
During the conversation, we decided that our plinths on which the dancers stand on are going to be glossy, to create a clean, 'Apple Store' look. I have also handed over responsibility in terms of finding an ice cream van to them. They suggested an ice cream bike instead, which I think could be a good back up plan if the van falls through.
